Additional information

Depending on the type of pay-in and your contract, there can be a maximum permitted amount for a transaction. For instance, the maximum pay-in amount by card is €2,500 by default.

Causes

The attempted pay-in amount is higher than the maximum amount.

What to do

Either make sure that the transaction fits the contractual limits, or contact Mangopay’s team to adjust the platform’s thresholds if applicable.
