#### Additional information

The availability of the instant payment feature may depend on your platform's contract.

#### Causes

This error is typically returned when:

* The instant payment feature is not activated for your platform
* The payout's `DebitedFunds.Currency` is not `EUR` (either in a payout request or the reachability endpoint)

#### What to do

In such cases:

* Check that your call has the EUR currency and a valid SCT Inst `PayoutModeRequested` value
* Check that your platform has SCT Inst available in your contract
* Contact Mangopay’s Support team to activate the SCT Inst feature
